Who is ToDanada?
The ToDanada ProjectToDanada is everything and nothing, born from everything and perhaps going towards nothing. It is “veneritude”, the drive, the bubbling of the beginning of a roda, the dull bass of an atabaque, the sound of a gunga in the hands. It is freedom.ToDanada is two girls to whom capoeira has opened up a universe previously unknown—the universe of singing, raw and beautiful and serious and high-pitched and true and false.
It is incredible encounters, and it is the humble desire to work, explore, and share all that together and with the world. So here we are, presenting ToDanada to you…
